Touhou 13: Ten Desires – Spirit of Avarice Piano Sheet Music
Touhou 13: Ten Desires is the latest Touhou game to come out. This time, it’s a danmaku vertical-scrolling shooter like all the other Touhou games are. Because of this, Touhou 13 is unique in its own way. Touhou 13 introduces the “Spell Card Rules,” which are there to force players to focus on scoring rather than just surviving. This, once again, is something that Touhou 13 is unique in.
This song’s arrangement has a nice mix of an upbeat melody and accompaniment with awesome solos in it! The piano solo at 1:20 is really cool, and the drums are very nice when they do the samba roll in this arrangement. Touhou 13’s ost has a few songs that have lyrics in them, but I think this song is one of Touhou 13’s bigger pieces that doesn’t have any lyrics to it. This piece would be great for beginner pianists and people who want to get into Touhou 13: Ten Desires or Touhou in general!
Touhou 13: Ten Desires – Spirit of Avarice Piano Sheet Music
On the title screen for Touhou 13, this song plays. This is actually a remix of an earlier Touhou song called “Spirit of Avarice,” from Touhou 9. There are a few other Touhou songs that have been remixed for Touhou 13, including “Staking Your Life on a Prank,” “Oriental Memory of Forgathering Dream,” and “Higan Retour ~ Riverside View.”
Similar to the previous Touhou games, you play as Reimu, the shrine maiden of the Hakurei Shrine. This time around though, there’s a brand new twist to Touhou 13’s plot that will shake things up a bit. In Touhou 13: Ten Desires , Marisa is out gathering “seeds of faith” from youkai, and it turns out that the youkai that she’s collecting them from are becoming increasingly more powerful and stronger! With the humans unable to stop the youkai, it is up to Reimu and her friends (and even some of their enemies) to step in and try to take care of things before too much damage is done. Touhou 13: Ten Desires features a total of ten playable characters to choose from, which is a new Touhou record! This is also the first Touhou game since Touhou 7 that features a PC-98 character. Touhou 13: Ten Desires even has a feature that lets you track your high scores for all ten of the different characters!
