     Super Smash Bros. Melee is a popular video game that was released on November 21, 2001. The original Super Smash Bros. first appeared as an arcade game in 1999 and then quickly became available for the Nintendo 64 (N64) home console system two years later. Super Smash Bros. Melee brings many new characters to the Super Smash Bros arena such as: Marth, the protagonist of Fire Emblem; Roy, another protagonist of Fire Emblem; and Zelda, from Nintendo’s Legend of Zelda series. Super Smash Bros. Melee also brings back many of the popular Super Smash Bros characters such as Fox McCloud (from Star Fox), Pikachu (Pokémon), Yoshi (from Super Mario World) and Donkey Kong (from Super Mario). Super Smash Bros. Melee is a fighting game that allows players to use different attacks and special moves with the goal of knocking out their opponents. Super Smash Bros.
