SoulCalibur II – Hubris (Reprise) Piano Sheet Music SoulCalibur II is a video game developed by Project Soul and published by Namco as the fourth installment in the Soul series, as well as its direct sequel SoulCalibur. It was released on July 29, 2002 for arcade machines and has since been ported to the PlayStation 2 on October 28, 2003. SoulCalibur II has a story of epic proportions set three years after SoulCalibur. The Demonic Soul Edge sword is reforged by an unknown swordsman from the Soul series and seeks Soul Edge’s opposite, Soul Caliber. A new character created specifically for SoulCalibur II named Kilik was introduced as one of Soul Edge’s fragments. Soul Calibur is guarded by a young woman named Sophitia Alexandra who must aid Kilik in his quest to destroy Soul Edge before it reaches the hands of evil once again. Soul Calibur II has many returning characters like Mitsurugi, Taki, Ivy, and Nightmare as well as several new characters like Cassandra (replacing Soul Edge’s Necrid), Raphael Sorel, Rock , Yun-seong, and Maxi. SoulCalibur II is considered to be one of the best games in the Soul Calibur franchise.[1]
