Sonic Unleashed – Sonic Colors – Windmill Isle – Day – Piano Sheet Music
Sonic Colors is a 2010 platform video game for Wii and Nintendo DS starring Sonic the Hedgehog. It was developed by Sonic Team and Dimps, and published by Sega. The gameplay mechanics of Sonic Colors are similar to Sonic Unleashed; Sonic the Hedgehog is controlled with the Wii Remote while the player maneuvers him through levels and uses his abilities to destroy enemies and obstacles.
The game follows Sonic retrieving scattered pieces of a Phantom Ruby (a jewel that can grant wishes) across the planet during daytime, while Dr. Eggman has his robot army battle Sonic at night. Sonic Colors was first announced at Sega’s press conference in E3 2009. Sonic Team worked on the concept of Sonic moving at high speeds across different worlds with special Color Powers since Sonic Adventure, but had to abandon it after thinking it would not work on next-generation consoles; development resumed when Sonic Unleashed creators Takashi Iizuka and Yuji Naka returned to Sonic Team. Sonic Colors received mostly positive reviews, earning aggregate scores of 82 percent from Metacritic for the Wii version and 83 percent for the DS version. Sonic Colors is followed by Sonic Generations, which combines gameplay elements from throughout Sonic’s history.
