Sonic the Hedgehog 3 – Ice Cap Zone Act 1 Piano Sheet Music

The Sonic the Hedgehog series is a franchise of video games released by Sega starring their mascot character Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog 3, also known as Sonic3, was released in 1994 for the Sega Genesis video game console. The story follows Sonic and his new sidekick Tails as Sonic endeavors to stop the villainous Dr. Robotnik from obtaining powerful magical gems called the Chaos Emeralds and conquering a mysterious floating island known as Angel Island. Sonic must also stop two other enemies, Metal Sonic and Knuckles the Echidna, who Sonic previously encountered in Sonic 2. In Sonic & Knuckles, players finish levels as Sonic or Tails by collecting the Emeralds and jumping through special hoops. The special stages from Sonic 2 are replaced by a similar but more difficult stage, where Sonic transforms into Super Sonic, a faster version of him with temporary invincibility. In each Sonic & Knuckles level, players can also collect two new types of shields that let Sonic use abilities to gain access to other areas. Sonic 3 & Knuckles was re-released as a single package in Sonic Mega Collection for the Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation 2 and Xbox consoles.

An ice cap is a large mass of glacial ice originating from high elevations that spreads outwards over a highland, typically surrounding a mountain peak or encompassing a massif. Ice caps are less constrained by topographical boundaries than ice fields or ice sheets, and because they distribute their thawing in all directions they can form over an area as large as a hundred thousand square kilometers.
