The Sonic the Hedgehog 2 – Final Boss piano sheet music has been composed from Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Mega Drive/Genesis.
In this song, Sonic must defeat Dr. Eggman’s final machine through a series of quick key presses with successful timing to ensure his victory as well as prevent the end of the world as they know it. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a Sonic the Hedgehog game originally released for Sega Mega Drive/Genesis in Japan in 1992, and later released in North America and Europe 1993. The Sonic the Hedgehog series are 2D platform games with characters designed by Naoto Ōshima that run around collecting rings, jumping on enemies, and clearing levels. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was developed by Sonic Team in collaboration with two separate Sega development teams, and introduced the character of a new antagonist – Doctor Eggman.
Sonic must go through many stages to reach the final stage for Sonic – Death Egg Zone Act I “Lava Reef Zone”. In this Sonic game, once Sonic steps on the game start, Sonic is given 30 lives to complete the game. Sonic has many power-ups that Sonic can collect, including 10 rings every 100 units of Sonic’s score where Sonic must collect at least 3 of these items within each stage – whether they are hidden behind or underneath objects, require Sonic to defeat multiple enemies without touching the ground, or Sonic must defeat the enemy by jumping underneath Sonic – Sonic will receive 1-ups through these items.
