The Mario Kart franchise has been well known to include music in almost every game it has made. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! is not the exception. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! includes two of its own soundtracks (one for each engine class, 50cc and 100cc). The game was released on November 7th, 2003 exclusively for Nintendo Gamecube. Mario Kart: Double Dash!! is a Mario kart racing game that features Mario, Luigi, Peach, Daisy, Yoshi and many of their friends driving go-karts around tracks from Nintendo games or taking out enemies from the Mario series. The soundtrack for Mario Kart: Double Dash!! was composed by Kenta Nagata along with Shinobu Tanaka and Tadashi Ikegami.
