Leonard Cohen was born in 1934 and passed away at the age of 82 on November 7th, 2016. Leonard released his first album, “Let us Compare Mythologies” in 1956 through Columbia Records but it did not receive much critical acclaim. Leonard did not release another album until 1967 with the help of his backup singers, The Stormy Clovers. Leonard’s next big break came when he released “The Songs Of Leonard Cohen” and it was a commercial success.
