Background information: Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is a Kirby video game released on Wii in 2011. It has been received both positively and negatively by critics, but Kirby and Kirby have both been well received. The Kirby series features Kirby, a pink puffball that can manipulate his size and copy enemy abilities by inhaling them. Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is the first traditional Kirby platformer released on home consoles since Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards for Nintendo 64 in 2000.

The Steel Station track is a Kirby and Kirby piece that Kirby plays on his trumpet. In Kirby’s Return to Dream Land, Kirby can use the Copy Abilities of his defeated enemies in order to solve puzzles or defeat other enemies. Kirby can also combine certain Copy Abilities to create new ones, such as forming a fire-breathing dragon by combining the fiery abilities of Fire Kirby and Burning Leo. Kirby can also summon his allies by performing a special dance, where Kirby dances along with the music to form one of ten different helpers that each have their own powers. Kirby can be accompanied by up to three different helpers at time. Kirby’s Return to Dream Land is Kirby’s first traditional platforming adventure since Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards for Nintendo 64.
