Kirby Super Star – Bubbly Clouds Piano Sheet Music

Kirby Super Star, known in Japan as Kirby of the Stars: Super Deluxe (星のカービィ スーパーデラックス Hoshi no Kābī Sūpā Derakkusu), is a Kirby platform game developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo for the SNES video game console. Kirby Super Star was released on September 21, 1996 in Japan, October 30, 1996 in North America and November 22, 1997 in Europe. Kirby Super Star is the twelfth game in the Kirby series of video games. It is a platformer Kirby game that features eight playable characters. Each one has unique abilities that allow Kirby to save Copy Abilities for later use. Kirby Super Star offers traditional Kirby gameplay, but it also includes unique elements such as a wider variety of copy abilities and Kirby’s “Helper” system that allows Kirby to summon his allies for temporary use. These abilities are generally presented in the form of larger enemies that Kirby can defeat to acquire their respective ability.[1]

The game has Kirby saving the planet of Pop Star from Kirby’s perennial enemy, Nightmare. Kirby must travel through distinct environments to fight several bosses and collect the Energy Spheres (エナジーシェル En-jī Sheru?) that these bosses are holding. Kirby can then confront a boss in a final battle for a rewarding Ability Star or defeat Nightmare in his lair for the game’s true ending. Kirby Super Star features Kirby’s traditional moveset and adds several new abilities. Kirby retains the ability to inhale enemies, but can now jump multiple times in midair, hover, and gain temporary invincibility with “Guard” (known as “Ripple” here). Kirby also uses Kirby Blocks (a revamped version of Kirby’s 20th Anniversary sprite from Kirby Super Star Ultra) to save his progress in a stage. Kirby can also use the “Copy” ability that allows Kirby to mimic opponents and gain their respective abilities. In addition, Kirby can summon help from his allies with “Helper” (known as “Animal Friend” here). Kirby can have up to three allies with him at all times, but only one may accompany Kirby in the Helper system. Kirby can turn his allies into “Ball Kirby” or “Max Kirby”.[2]
