Kingdom Hearts is a video game series that mixes Final Fantasy with Disney. Kingdom Hearts was originally supposed to have a darker tone, but due to the lack of popularity of the darker elements and Square Enix wanting to appeal to a wider audience, Kingdom Hearts became lighter overall.
Kingdom Hearts tells the story of the events surrounding Sora, Donald Duck, and Goofy as they attempt to stop the Heartless invasion by sealing all the doors between worlds. Kingdom Hearts follows Sora, a 14 year old boy who fights with a keyblade (a sword that also acts as a key).
