Greg Howlett – Nearer Still Nearer Piano Sheet Music

Greg Howlett (born Greg Thomas) is a pianist, singer and composer of new age music. He lives in the West Midlands, United Kingdom with his wife, two daughters and three cats.[1]

Howlett began composing at the age of ten after being inspired by classical composers such as Beethoven and Rachmaninov.[1][2] As a young musician, Greg won many awards for his piano playing including the Lord Derby Cup at the Aylestone Park Young Musician of the Year Show in Leicester.[3]

At age sixteen Greg began teaching piano and singing to make money while studying medicine at university. He achieved success in this endeavour by winning a prize for teaching in the Midlands and later received a Certificate of Excellence from the National Foundation for Youth Music.[1][2]

After graduating Greg began traveling extensively, performing at private functions across Europe. Greg’s performances include playing live on BBC Radio 1, and also appearances on television and radio in Switzerland. Greg sings in several languages including French, German and Italian.
