Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow – Study Piano Sheet Music

Aria of Sorrow is Castlevania’s third Nintendo DS installment. It is the second Castlevania game to be primarily developed for the Nintendo DS, after Castlevania: Circle of the Moon.

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was originally released in Japan on May 1, 2003; it was later released in North America on June 7, 2005 for the Nintendo DS. Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was re-released in July 2011 for the Wii’s Virtual Console service.

Aria of Sorrow is set in the year 2035, when Count Dracula has long since been destroyed and people live in relative peace. However, rumors about an evil cult resurrecting the most powerful of all vampires spreads across the land.

A young man named Soma Cruz is suddenly attacked by a cultist, but he manages to escape unharmed. Unfortunately, when he arrives home, his best friend Mina is murdered at the hands of Graham Jones, who claims that he has come back from the dead to take Mina with him.

Before her death, however, she manages to pass unto Soma the Castlevania through which he can absorb souls of various enemies and creatures, gaining their abilities to use as his own. He then sets out on a quest for revenge against Graham Jones and learns that his father is involved in this whole scheme of reviving Dracula.
