However, director Wayne Isham changed it so that Bon Jovi was walking through various areas of an apartment building instead to make it seem more like a dream than reality.

Bon Jovi played “Always” as the last song at every show on their Keep The Faith Tour and These Days Tour/Tour, and it is now a Bon Jovi concert staple. Bon Jovi also played the song during the finale of their Because We Can Tour in 2013/14. It was also Bon Jovi’s entrance song during their Bon Jovi Live tour in 2013/14. Bon Jovi also played a snippet of the song while bringing out special guests Cat Steven, Bono and Bobby Bandiera from U2 before playing Livin’ on a Prayer to close their Bon Jovi Live tour in 2013/14. Bon Jovi also performed the song during their Bon Jovi Live tour in 2013/14, with Steven Tyler and Joe Perry joining them onstage to close out the set.
