Bobby McFerrin has the voice of an angel. He has won 10 Grammy awards for his albums, many of which are highly acclaimed and loved by all ages. Bobby’s trademark songs [that everyone knows] are [perhaps] “Don’t Worry, Be Happy” and “It’s a World of Love.” Bobby McFerrin has been singing since he was a young boy in the church choir. Bobby attended the Manhattan School of Music in New York City where he studied piano, conducting and composition. Bobby is also deaf, another great inspiration to many. Bobby wrote an autobiography in 1994 titled “Life is a Gift: The Zen of Bobby McFerrin.” Bobby has appeared on Sesame Street since the early 1980’s and is extremely loved by every one of its viewers. Bobby has also done concerts all around the world with symphonies or his own orchestra, but he has also done simple, small concerts at parks with just Bobby McFerrin and his piano.
