Bleach was serialized in Shueisha’s weekly manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump from August 2001 to August 2016, with its chapters collected into 74 tankōbon volumes. Bleach has over 280 million copies in circulation as of 2017, making it the fifth best-selling manga series in history and hitting 40 million mark in 2018.
